Wonder if they'll find any fingerprints on the duct tape.
It seems inevitable that whomever used it on a struggling child could have done so without getting their own fingerprints embeded on it somewhere.

I'm sure there were fingerprints and probably DNA on the duct tape. But after spending months in the elements and under water I would be very surprised if there is anything like that left on the tape.
